Irrum Doss Was One of Canopy’s First Pivotal Hires
Doss was an early hire at Canopy Management, joining just a few years after the company was founded in 2018.
Over the last 12 months, the growth of e-commerce has been nothing short of phenomenal, driven by advances in artificial intelligence and social commerce.

Irrum began her career in Canada’s dynamic startup ecosystem, where she took on various roles in small tech companies during the early 2000s.
She later transitioned to affiliate marketing, successfully partnering with publishers on Myspace to generate millions in annual revenue across sectors such as ringtones, mobile dating, gaming, and health and wellness.
In 2012, Irrum relocated to New York City to immerse herself in the e-commerce industry, focusing on merchandising, vendor management, and digital marketing. Throughout her tenure, she played a key role in driving over one billion dollars in e-commerce sales.
In recognition of her contributions, Irrum received the “2021 Top 100 Influencers in Marketing & Advertising Award” at the Marketing 2.0 Conference in Las Vegas. Her career reflects a commitment to innovation, leadership, and excellence in marketing and e-commerce.
