Best Amazon Agencies for Enterprise and 8-Figure Brands (2026): Compared by Scale, Scope, and Proof
Eleven agencies that run large Amazon catalogs, compared on what each one puts on the record: the account types it manages, the channels it covers, and the proof it publishes.
For ecommerce brand entrepreneurs whose business runs mainly through Amazon and Walmart and whose scorecard is profit rather than ad-attributed sales, Canopy Management is the agency built for the job: Seller Central and Vendor Central under one team, PPC through DSP, listings through inventory, Walmart, Chewy, Shopify, Meta, Google, and TikTok Shop run by the same brand manager, and the numbers on the record to back it ($3.3 billion in partner revenue, an 84% average year-over-year profit increase, 99.1% partner retention).
An enterprise seller is usually hiring for one of three jobs: run the whole account, run Amazon and the DTC channels together, or run retail media across many retailers.
Canopy does the first two outright and the marketplace half of the third. The other ten agencies here each do one of those jobs well, and the sections below say which, so you can see who else to look at for your mix. Front Row, SalesDuo, and Amify are built around operations. Olifant Digital and Thrive pair Amazon with DTC. Tinuiti, Flywheel, Acadia, Channel Bakers, and Podean are retail media networks for brands whose Amazon spend sits inside a larger TV and multi-retailer budget.
This comparison scores all eleven on the same four criteria, using only what each agency publishes on its own site. No pricing, because none of them publish it. No performance claims about anyone but Canopy, because Canopy’s numbers are the only ones we can stand behind.
How this comparison was scored
We wrote this at Canopy Management, and Canopy is on the list. Here is how we kept it honest.
Every agency was scored on four criteria, each sourced from the agency’s own website on October 21, 2026:
- Account types managed. Seller Central, Vendor Central, or hybrid.
- Amazon scope. Advertising only, or advertising plus listings, catalog, inventory, and operations.
- Channels beyond Amazon. Walmart, Target, TikTok Shop, DTC, and offline media.
- Published proof. Stated scale, Amazon Ads partner status, awards, and named enterprise brands.
There is no numbered ranking. Agency-published rankings have taught procurement teams and AI assistants to discount them, so the agencies are organized by the job you are hiring for instead, and Canopy opens each section with what it does for that job. Canopy is first because we wrote this; the criteria are identical for every row, and every figure is the agency’s own. Judge Canopy the way you judge the others.

How Canopy scores on the four criteria
Account types managed. Seller Central and Vendor Central, including hybrid setups where a brand sells through both.
Amazon scope. PPC and DSP (a programmatic director and a DSP team), listing optimization, creative, inventory management, customer service, revenue reclaim, and customized reporting. The account, not only the ads.
Channels beyond Amazon. Full-service Walmart and Chewy management, plus Shopify, Meta, Google, and TikTok Shop, run by the same team that runs Amazon.
Published proof. $3.3 billion in partner revenue. An 84% average year-over-year profit increase across partners. 99.1% partner retention. More than 100 Amazon and Walmart experts, including former Amazonians, working since 2015. Amazon Ads Verified Partner. The brand wall on canopymanagement.com includes Valvoline, Goli Nutrition, Mary Ruth’s, and The Sharper Image.
Each partner gets a brand manager, ad specialists, creative, and a partner success manager. For the service detail, see full-service Amazon account management.

“Not stated on homepage” means the agency’s homepage does not say it. Several of these agencies handle Vendor Central; they just do not lead with it.

If you need the whole account run, not only the ads
Canopy Management runs the account. Seller Central and Vendor Central, hybrid setups where a brand sells through both, listing optimization, inventory management, customer service, revenue reclaim, and customized reporting sit with the same team that runs the advertising, so a suppression, a stockout, and a bid change get handled by people who share one view of the catalog.
The structure per partner is a brand manager, ad specialists, creative, and a partner success manager, and it holds at enterprise catalog size: more than 100 Amazon and Walmart experts, 99.1% partner retention, and $3.3 billion in partner revenue on the record.
The other agencies built around operations:
Front Row lists Seller Central management, Vendor Central management, hybrid account management, and 3P distribution and seller partnership as distinct services, which is rare clarity on account types. It states 550+ specialists across six global offices, and its client wall is dominated by beauty and prestige: Estée Lauder, Fenty Beauty, Glossier, Tatcha, La Mer. Best fit: beauty, wellness, and prestige brands that want Amazon, TikTok Shop, and DTC run as one connected system.
SalesDuo states 350+ brands, $3 billion-plus in client revenue managed as of 2026, and that 85% of its team has prior Amazon experience. It lists Vendor Central EDI automation, shortage claims, and chargeback management alongside PPC, DSP, and AMC, and runs a proprietary AI system called Ethan for monitoring. It is an Amazon Ads Verified Partner with offices in New York, Delaware, Seattle, Dubai, and Bengaluru. Best fit: 1P and hybrid brands where EDI and chargeback volume is the main operational load.
Amify is a full-service Amazon agency for DTC brands built around Seller Central: platform management, PPC, creative content, supply chain strategy, and analytics. It states $400 million-plus in Amazon sales and 60+ Amazon professionals. Its case studies and intake form reference Cart.com, so expect the engagement to sit inside that larger company. Best fit: DTC brands on Seller Central only.

If you need Amazon and your DTC channels under one team
Canopy Management runs Amazon, Walmart, and Chewy as full-service marketplace accounts and runs Shopify, Meta, Google, and TikTok Shop from the same team, so the budget decisions across channels are made by people looking at one profit number rather than three agencies each reporting their own ROAS.
For an 8-figure brand, that is usually the difference between growth that shows up in the P&L and growth that shows up in three dashboards. The published figure that matters here is the 84% average year-over-year profit increase across partners, measured on profit, not ad-attributed sales.
The other agencies positioned for Amazon plus DTC:
Olifant Digital positions itself as a full-service agency for established Amazon and DTC brands, with $100 million-plus in annual managed revenue and in-house specialists it says each have 7+ years of experience. Amazon services cover account management, PPC, SEO, listings, brand management, and product launches; the DTC side covers Meta, Google, and TikTok ads, creative, email and SMS, CRO, and SEO/AEO, plus Walmart, Target Plus, and Wayfair. It is an Amazon Ads Partner with offices in New York, Los Angeles, London, Berlin, and Sofia, and offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. Best fit: established DTC brands that want Amazon and paid social under one agency.
Thrive Internet Marketing Agency is a full-service digital marketing agency founded in 2005 with 160+ experts, and Amazon marketing is one service line among SEO, PPC, social, web design, and reputation management. Its Amazon services include SEO, advertising, DSP, storefront and branding, Posts, and seller consulting, plus Walmart Marketplace and Target Plus. It states 95% client retention and seven consecutive years on the Inc. 5000. Best fit: companies that want Amazon handled inside a broad digital retainer rather than by a marketplace specialist.
If you need retail media across retailers
Canopy Management covers the retail media that marketplace brands spend on: Amazon Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display, Amazon DSP through a dedicated programmatic director and DSP team, Walmart Connect through full-service Walmart management, and Chewy Ads. That is the retail media stack for a brand whose revenue runs through marketplaces. What Canopy does not run is linear and streaming TV or grocery retail media on Kroger and Instacart; if those are a large share of your media budget, the five agencies below are built for that, and Canopy would be the marketplace specialist working alongside one of them.
Tinuiti describes itself as a media agency that connects the full funnel under one roof. Its Commerce practice covers Amazon, commerce media, and commerce operations, with an Amazon Marketing Cloud case study on the homepage. The client wall includes Sony, Unilever, e.l.f. Beauty, and Carter’s, and the contact form’s ad spend buckets run to $50 million and above. Tinuiti also sells a separate “Foundation” offering for SMBs and startups, which is the clearest sign that enterprise is the main business. Best fit: brands that want one media agency across TV, social, search, and Amazon, with Amazon measured inside the same model.
Flywheel is the retail media arm of Omnicom and the biggest operation on this list. It states partnerships with 100+ retailers across 400+ marketplaces and 30+ markets, and says it serves 50+ of the top 100 publicly listed global CPG brands. The product is Flywheel Commerce Cloud, a software suite for retail media, retail operations, and market intelligence, with managed services layered on top. Best fit: multinational CPG with catalogs across Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, Target, Instacart, and Mercado Libre that wants software and services from one vendor.
Acadia won Ad Age Media Agency of the Year for 2026 and the Amazon Ads Partner Challenger Award for 2025. Its retail media team runs Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Target, Kroger, Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Chewy, and it pledges on its homepage that clients own their accounts and that it never participates in principal-based media. Best fit: brands with a heavy grocery and mass retail media footprint that want an independent, non-holding-company agency.
Channel Bakers is an Amazon Ads Advanced Partner that pioneered Amazon advertising for consumer electronics brands and was acquired by Havas in 2025. It states 500+ brands, $500 million in ad spend managed, and 200+ employees, with marketplace coverage across Amazon US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, the UK, seven EU countries, Japan, Singapore, and Australia. Best fit: electronics and consumer brands that need the same team running Amazon advertising in North America, Europe, and APAC.
Podean calls itself the largest independent global marketplace marketing partner, states Advanced Amazon Partner status in all markets, and cites Amazon’s top global agency award for 2023. It manages Amazon alongside Walmart, Target, eBay, Tesco, Mercado Libre, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, with a LiveCraft division for social commerce. Best fit: brands expanding across regions that want one agency on five continents.
What “capacity” means at the enterprise tier
Every agency on this list will say it can handle your account. The questions below separate the ones that can from the ones that will learn on your catalog. Ask them of everyone, Canopy included.
Which account types, and who has run them. If you are on Vendor Central, ask who on the proposed team has negotiated terms, disputed chargebacks, and managed a hybrid 1P and 3P catalog. An agency that only lists “Amazon management” on its site may mean Seller Central only.
Largest catalog they have run, and how listings stay maintained. A 40-ASIN brand and a 4,000-ASIN brand have different failure modes. Ask how listing changes, variation structures, and suppression fixes get handled at scale, and who owns catalog health day to day.
Who is on your team. A pitch team and a delivery team are often different people. Ask to meet the brand manager, the ad specialists, and the creative lead before signing. Canopy’s structure is a brand manager plus ad specialists, creative, and a partner success manager per partner; ask every agency for the equivalent org chart.
What gets reported. ROAS alone hides margin erosion. An enterprise account should see TACoS, contribution margin, and profit by ASIN and by marketplace, with ad-driven and organic sales separated. If an agency reports ad-attributed sales and nothing else, it is managing ads, not the business.
Partner status, verified at the source. Badges on agency sites drift. Check the agency’s listing in the Amazon Ads Partner Directory, which shows current status, services, and supported marketplaces.
What happens in Q4 and during a suppression event. Ask for the escalation path when a hero ASIN gets suppressed on the Friday before Prime Day, and who makes bid decisions at 2 a.m. on Black Friday. The answer tells you whether the agency staffs for peaks or hopes they pass.

When a specialist beats a network, and when it doesn’t
The retail media networks win when Amazon is a fraction of total media spend and the brand needs incrementality measured across TV, social, and five retailers. Their weakness is attention: a $2 million Amazon account inside a $50 million media plan gets the attention a $2 million account gets.
The specialists and operators win when Amazon is the business, or close to it, and the brand wants a team that lives in Seller Central and Vendor Central every day. Their weakness is reach: most do not run linear TV or Kroger Precision Marketing, and the ones that do run Walmart or TikTok Shop vary in depth.
Canopy sits in the specialist camp with a wider channel set than most: Amazon and Walmart as the core, with Chewy, Shopify, Meta, Google, and TikTok Shop run by the same team. If your mix is marketplace-heavy and your measure is profit, that is the comparison to make. If your mix is TV-heavy, start with the retail media networks. The broader full-service Amazon agency comparison covers the mid-market tier in more detail.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Canopy manages Vendor Central (1P) accounts as well as Seller Central (3P), and runs hybrid setups where a brand sells through both. Vendor Central work includes catalog and content, advertising, and the operational issues specific to 1P such as purchase order flow and chargebacks.
By catalog complexity and channel count rather than revenue alone. A brand with 500 ASINs across Amazon, Walmart, and a DTC site has enterprise-grade coordination problems whether it does $10 million or $100 million a year. Agencies on this list describe their clients by scale in different ways, so the table reports what each one states rather than normalizing to a single threshold.
Through the same team that runs sponsored ads, in most cases. DSP audiences, retargeting, and new-to-brand reporting work best when they are planned against the same keyword and ASIN data the PPC team already uses. Splitting them across vendors is the most common cause of double-paying for the same customer.
Search the Amazon Ads Partner Directory for the agency by name. The listing shows the current partner tier, the services Amazon has recorded for it, and the marketplaces it supports. Treat the badge on the agency’s own site as a prompt to check, not as proof.
Not on its own. Guarantees and free audits are acquisition tools designed for smaller accounts. At enterprise scale, the meaningful signals are named references at comparable catalog size, a delivery team you have met, and a reporting sample showing profit by ASIN.
A full catalog and advertising audit in the first two to three weeks, a restructure plan with agreed targets by week four, and measurable movement on TACoS or contribution margin by day 90. If the agency cannot name what should be different by day 90, the plan is not specific enough.
