CANOPY Management Adds Two More Seats to the Executive Table

"Irrum and Patrick Have Both Been Incredible Leaders of the Canopy Team," said CANOPY's Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Brian Burt

CANOPY Management, the leading full-service agency for Amazon Sellers, recognized as the fastest growing digital marketing agency in the United States by INC, today announced two executive level promotions. Irrum Doss, who previously served as the Head of Partner Success, has been promoted to Vice President of Partner Success. Patrick Donelan, who previously served as Director of Advertising, has been promoted to Chief Brand Officer. Both promotions reflect the continued growth of CANOPY Management’s portfolio of partners, leadership of their respective organizations, and their expanded responsibilities.

Irrum Doss Joined CANOPY in 2020

Doss joined CANOPY Management in 2020 as the first hire dedicated to Partner Success. Over the past two years, she has built a team that is dedicated to providing the white glove service responsible for the success of CANOPY Management’s wide portfolio of partners including some of the largest brands on Amazon. Doss has over 10 years experience in e-commerce, generating over one billion dollars to-date in e-commerce sales.

In light of her recent promotion, Doss had this to say, “I am honored to accept this promotion and look forward to continuing to provide excellence to the Partner Success Department. Growing this department from the ground up has been a great opportunity and a working passion. With everything that’s made possible through our team’s Amazon expertise combined with the continued YoY sales growth, I believe that for Canopy, the sky’s the limit! The invaluable help from the rest of the CANOPY Tribe has made this journey both collaborative and so much easier than had I been in this all alone. Leveling up every one of our Canopy partner’s experiences and providing success to our increasing numbers of billion dollar clients is going to be a great way to spend the rest of 2022!”

Patrick Donelan Was One of CANOPY’s First Hires in 2018

Donelan was one of the first hires at CANOPY Management, joining shortly after the company was founded in 2018. Donelan has over ten years experience in e-commerce. He is a serial entrepreneur who has built and sold multiple e-commerce businesses, in various market niches.

Adept at developing strategies and tactics to manage a wide variety of digital media campaign platforms, the newly appointed Chief Brand Officer had this to say, “Since the beginning, the absolute trajectory of the growth Canopy has been able to achieve has been astounding. I have been a serial entrepreneur for several decades and am always amazed at the level of top-to-bottom commitment some start-ups receive from their people. It starts with hiring intelligent, high-quality individuals and listening to their input. And that’s what I hope to continue to facilitate at Canopy. I am honored to accept this promotion to continue providing industry leading service to our partners. My goal is to align with and champion our Company’s, our Partners’ and our Employees’ best interests in attaining their hopes and aspirations.”

Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Brian Burt, had this to say about the new members of the executive team, “Patrick and Irrum have both been undeniable leaders to the Canopy team, and direct contributors to our incredible growth over the past 4 years. They are both a cornerstone in the growth and success we continually provide for Canopy Partners, and I am extremely happy for their growth within our organization!”
