Granting “Limited Access” User Account Permissions:

STEP 1: ESTABLISH A LIMITED ACCESS GUEST ACCOUNT:
Seller Central > Settings > User permissions > Send invitation to: brian@canopy.management > Continue

STEP 2: CANOPY WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL INVITATION TO CREATE AN AMAZON USER ACCOUNT

STEP 3: THE CANOPY MANAGEMENT USER ACCOUNT WILL CHANGE TO “PENDING USERS”
Select the “Confirm” link > Add user permissions

STEP 4: BY DEFAULT, THIS USER ACCOUNT WILL HAVE NO PERMISSIONS YET.
SET THE FOLLOWING PERMISSIONS:

+ Inventory > Manage Inventory/Add a Product > View & Edit
+ Advertising > Campaign Manager > View & Edit
+ Advertising > PromotionsAdvertising > Register for Sponsored Products
+ Orders > Transactions
+ Store Design > Amazon Stores Builder
+ Reports > Product Ads Performance Reports > View
+ Reports > Business Reports, Sales Summary > View & Edit
+ Reports > Fulfillment Reports > View
+ Media Upload > Image Uploading
STEP 5: YOU’RE DONE… CLICK CONTINUE!

Granting Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) Access:

STEP 1: SIGN INTO YOUR AMS ACCOUNT: HERE


STEP 2: SELECT BRAND MENU NAME ON TOP NAVIGATION BAR & SELECT MANAGE USERS

STEP 3: SELECT INVITE A NEW USER

STEP 4: INVITE A NEW USER
NAME: Canopy Management
EMAIL: brian@canopy.management
ACCESS: Admins

STEP 5: CLICK “INVITE USER”…. YOU’RE DONE!
