From there we’ll take everything we’ve learned back to the CANOPY Success Management Team where we will design a Comprehensive Success Strategy to be presented on our Growth Projection Analysis (GPA) Call.

After the CANOPY Success Management Team has completed Your account review and built the Growth Projection Analysis Call, we’ll jump back on a Zoom Call to review the findings.
On Your GPA call, we’ll reveal everything we’ve found… and walk you through the blueprint we’ve designed to get you to your goals.
After reviewing your Growth Projection Analysis, we’ll send you the CANOPY agreement. Provided all looks well, we’ll move directly into our Kickoff Call… or what we call the ‘Strategic Direction Call’!
STRATEGIC DIRECTION CALL - Build the Plan, Work the Plan.
The most common reaction to the Strategic Direction Call - or what we call the ‘SDC’ - is “Wow..I had no idea how much planning actually goes into this!”, and for good reason.
This is the official Kickoff of our relationship together, and we’re determined to build a long-lasting, solid foundation for an incredibly successful relationship. On Your SDC call, You’ll be introduced to your CANOPY team that, prior to the SDC call, has hand-constructed your Quarterly Planner.
Your Quarterly Planner, much like a blueprint, will act as the design we follow to get you to your 3, 6, and 12 month Goals as outlined in your Discovery & Growth Projection Analysis Call. If that all sounds a bit confusing - don’t worry, it’s not. What’s more, you’ll always have final say on all things, and your dedicated Success Manager for your Amazon business is there to help you at any point along the way.
After years of testing different communication styles & strategies, we’ve learned that to be most effective, weekly person-to-person communications are the best way to truly learn the ins-and-outs of your Brand.
Be that an upcoming launch of a new product, an inventory change, or ??? These calls are designed as quick check-ins to keep you well informed and to be sure we’re always staying ahead of the plan.
Every 4th week You’ll meet with your CANOPY team in a more comprehensive meeting to review the prior months progress, align with the quarterly planner, and design the upcoming month.
Typically about 30 minutes, this is a very efficient - but well structured meeting that we’ve built as a cornerstone in the CANOPY Cadence.
The backbone of The CANOPY Cadence, Your Quarterly Planning session is a regular, full-spectrum review of the prior 3 months together, an alignment on where we are currently in your Business, and the upcoming 3 months.
Based largely on Gantt-Chart methodology, your Quarterly Planning meeting is a collaboration that will give you the opportunity to adjust goals, strategy & outcomes - with complete confidence & clarity.
